Nassau Walking Group....
We had our first walking group today! It was me & Emily, Cheryl & Michael, and Samlove & Sara! It was very fun .... and hopefully more people will be able to come next week!
So just as a reminder, we'll have a weekly lunch & walk at 12noon on Wednesdays at a Nassau Park -- FM me for more info!

It should be every wednesday. I think it's good to have a set day/time and then some weeks maybe a lot of people can go, others only a few, depending on the schedules.
Tracy --- definatly give me a call if you want to meet on another day. I need all of the walking I can get and I'd love to see your beautiful kiddos again! We can certainly meet up on a different day even if it's not the whole group...

I am loving it also! I really enjoyed Wednesday. It is so nice to get out and walk & talk with people who have similar things going on in thier lives, and to see the cutie babies too! Sara is adorable!
I also love the fact that each week different people can come -- depending on thier schedules -- so some weeks we might have lots of people and others just a few -- but it's nice to have this "standing invitation" to a group.
