I got the 28 day plan with 1 week free
I picked all my own food too
My mother in law started last week and last night she told me she fit into pants that she hadnt fit into in two years

cool, we'll have to keep eachother updated as to how we are doing!
if you go to the NS webiste, they have message boards and chat rooms. i tried to check it out but the website must have been really busy, i couldn't get on for an hour. post here when you are starting.

Yeah I tried that too earlier - odd
I did chat with a counsler on the website - she answered some of my questions about my order and stuff

I have been very successful on the plan, I hope you are as well 
I find the N/S website very helpful, and especially the online "diary" so give it a chance and explore around the site a bit. I think you will get some good tips off there

Good Luck guys!!!!! I have been very successful too on N/S I fit into pants I havent in a year and lost 2 pant sizes and it took me 4 weeks to get into them and comfortably too!!!!
and the food is yummy!! especially the pasta!!! yum!

Yeah I have plenty of jeans and cargos that are size 32/33 that I havent been able to wear in 2 years - I am up to a size 36 - how depressing
