Protein Shakes
Can someone recommend a good one? I track my food on Sparkpeople and I am always low on protein. I used to get a mix at Slender Lady (aka Curves) but I don't belong to it anymore, so I feel funny going in.

Myoplex is the best tasting and offers 42g in one packet.
Im currently using lean body and the taste is not as good but tolerable.
Myoplex is also pricier but I may have to go back to them. I actually looked forward to drinking them in the am.
Oh and I dont recommend the pre-made ones. Ewah!!!

It is best to get on with mostly whey protein isolate. Myoplex has mostly cassein. this is better to have at night. Whey is better forright after a workout because it is used by the body faster when you need it most.

That is true. Although I don't follow the rules because I like Myoplex the best 
ETA: If anybody finds a good whey powder, please let me know! I've never really liked Designer Whey.....(but I might give it a shot again.)

You should look into a company called Prosource. My husband gets alot of stuff from them including cases of Nitrowhey. It is their whey protein isolate. Vanilla is our favorite.
