So I went to the doctor today for my check up
and I told him that I've been having some pretty bad dizzy spells and lots of cramping the last few days.
He just said drink fluids and rest.
Is that a normal reaction. No concern, no questions, no checking anything. Sometimes I just feel like I'm not even there.
Know what I mean?

My Dr. ALWAYS down plays every and any kind of ache or pain I tell her about. It's really friggin annoying. I feel like I need to beg her to do her job sometimes.
As far as the dizzy spells, I haven't had any so I don't have any advice. But I do know that dehydration can play a role. Drink lots of fluids and see if your dizzy spells go away. If not, then demand your Dr. address this more seriously.

I can totally relate to that.
My last appointment, I was overly concerned about my swollen feet and my doc was just like "ok, well drink water and rest". It didn't seem like such a big thing to him, while it was bugging the heck out of me!
I just try to think, he does this for a living - I guess he knows....

Charly I do think its kinda normal for them becuase they hear it ALL the time from us and the truth is.. they are all normal symptoms of pregnancy.

I can relate. I know when I tell my doc, he says the same things that you were told. But, they take my blood pressure and a urine sample each time so he said that as long as the BP is not high and your sample comes back normal, there is not much more he can do for these normal symptoms.
