Working while looking for a new job....
sure isn't easy. i had an appointment with an agency after work. by the time i got home, i was exhausted. its hard to see agencies when you're working

one day i took off another day i called in sick. i can't do that too often then it will look suspicious

that's why I quit the job I LOATHED and am very easily able to look for a new job... I have done it before and it is sure not easy... It's even harder when you are working like 12 hour days-- which is why I quit. You just gotta try to do as many early morning interviews-- it;'s easier to be 10 to 15 mins late a couple times-- than to have a lot of "doctor's appointments".

It really is very hard. When I had to do it I would also try to schedule early morning appts. and tell my boss that I had a doctor's appt in the am. I would call in early and tell him that I had to see the doctor asap and she was willing to take me first thing. Then I would come in as soon as it was over.

I just took a lot of sick days; I have a horrible poker face and couldn't come back into work after an interview, or leave early. It IS hard, I felt like everyone knew.

I did this in NYC before getting my current job. The commute makes it worse. Hopefully, I won't have to - but should there be a next time, I will take the day off.
If you are working with an agency try to have the agency line up the all the interviews on the same day (if you decide to take off). It's grueling but at least you get it all done at once.
