Guess it's our turn

My daughter woke up at 6am this morning. She was playing and laughing for my husband. Then in the middle of a laugh turned and vomited. We didn't think too much of it. It happens and she was in a good mood otherwise. Then she went down for a nap and vomited on herself while sleeping Then she had done it 2 more times since then. I called the doctor. She doesn't have a fever and is smiley and happy otherwise so I am giving her some pedialyte and trying not to let her run around so much. I cancelled all DH's birthday plans and the 3 of us will just have a quiet birthday at home. I just wish she did this last Sunday. I don't want to go back to work tomorrow knowing that she doesn't feel well. I love my job but I HATE being a working mommy.

Sorry your little one is also sick. My son had a stomach virus like that back in December. I guess he picks up viruses very easily. It lasted about 2-3 days. My only suggestion is the clear pedialyte. My son hated any other flavor, but at least he drank the clear and if he did get sick from it, clean up was easy since it was clear. I hope your daughter feels better soon. Hopefully spring will be here soon and no more viruses!
