When is a good time to buy a lawnmower,shovels,etc and where to shop for them?
if all goes through with this house, we could be in as early as next month!!

I got shovels, rakes, stuff like that from Home Depot.
We got lucky and found a leaf blower ($5), hedge trimmer ($5), weed wacker ($5) and almost brand new lawnmower ($30) at garage sales.
