Window Treatments

I just went and bought Window Treatments for my living room, dining room, and kitchen. This was hard work and I hope that what I got works in these rooms.

Can you guys please post some pics of your treatments. I want to see other ideas that are out there before we put them up.

We put up the two in the kitchen and I love how they look (Thank goodness!)

Re: Window Treatments

Looks very nice. Thanks! We still have our paper blinds up because I couldn't decide if I wanted wood blinds or roman shades. Ahhh the decisions!

We went with Roman Blinds. I had wooden blinds in my last home and the Roman blinds are so much easier to clean and care for. I think it looks nicer on the windows from the street too.Chat Icon

Re: Window Treatments

We just got our window treatments 2 days ago! We got Silhouettes in our familyroom, kitchen nook and bedroom. We put wood in our spare rooms and office. In our masterbath we put duettes. I'm really happy with them. We're shopping for drapes now for our living room and dining room. That's been the challenge.

Re: Window Treatments

I am so frustrated - so the valance that I got doesn't look right. We brought the pole out too far and now the valance isn't falling the right way. I could scream. I know have to go back and try and buy something else. It is sooooooooo frustrating I could scream.Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: Window Treatments

We still have paper blinds - the only room we did curtains was in the dining room for the sliding glass doors.

We got micro fiber curtains from home depot and a bar from Linens and things
