WDW more--I am sooo confused AGAIN!
Everyone knows that we are going to WDW monday -friday in september... i need to make some dam reservations and im sooooo torn as to where to make dinner reservations and what time.... using the information i have collected these r some so-called "good" places to eat help me! what day and time would u eat at....sigh... hate this part... these are 3 that got good reviews from what i can see...
i was thinking i can make these for tuesday, wednesda, thursday for dinner..someone HELP ME!!! :(
What time do i make reservations for??
Epcot (Canada) I think
Le Cellier- (Steakhouse)
Polynesian Resort
Ohana -
Contemporary Resort
California Grill - very romantic ( overlooks MK-make priority seating for fireworks 1 hr prior)

We tend to base our reservations on what we are doing in the evening and what time you normally have dinner.
The California Grill night is set since you want to be there for the fireworks.
Le Cellier in Canada is very nice and can be a hard table to get so being flexible here is good. We like to hit Jellyrolls on each visit -- it's a dueling piano bar on the Boardwalk so I would try to get a 7.00ish reservation to get to the bar around 9. OR...if you go earlier you can find a good spot to Illuminations in Epcot which is at 9.00 (then the park closes).
I know I am not much help. We still struggle with this a little.

The one in Epcot you should choose the one that has a better spot of viewing illuminations and book your reservation an hour before. I think it is Le Cellier that has a good view of the fireworks.
At Polynesian book a later dinner and eat a later lunch in the parks or you should pick an earlier seating and then go back to the parks after. The Polynesian is walking distance from Magic Kingdom.
California Grill - very romantic ( overlooks MK-make priority seating for fireworks 1 hr prior) that is the best time to go but book soon because reservations fill up. And you can always take an earlier reservation if they do not have an hour before and stall while you are eating. This restaurant is also easy to get to from any of the parks on the monorail, epcot or magic kingdom.

I haven't been there in ages but there is an italian place in Epcot that is amazing and another in Downtown Disney (I think!) that was really good as well!

The Canadian Restaurant in Epcot is good. After we got engaged, we went there for dinner..Soooo good!
Tony's at MK is good (we did lunch)
I was disappointed in the Brown Derby at MGM. I have had much better food elsewhere.
We also ate at the new Irish place called Raglan Road. The food was amazing and they have live music and Irish dancers Mon-Sat.

Some of My family work for Disney and it was very hard for all of us to get into Canada in Epcot. I suggest you call now bc maybe it will be easier for 2 to get a reservation. My cousins told me that Disney prioritizes restaurant reservations for the hotel guests and then go on from there.

I just ate there last week. The summer menu was awful! No real meats only a few pasta dishes.

making the calls tonite, hoping that for the week we r going it will be ok to get reservations--if we dont get them we r ok with that but i m going to try....do i call only one number to make reservations??

I know that free dining start in the end of August so you might have trouble with some of those reservations. So I would have some back up places in case so when you call if your first is not available your second is handy. You can also ask them to let you know what restaurants have openings for the times you want and they will have that information.

lol yes i have it on my list..i have 6 dinners planned and 4 nites to eta um in LOL.. im going to go over the menus with my bf and see what he says lol..i love to eat so i could spend 5 days eating lol
