Travel Ideas/Help...

I know I posted something like this way back, but I wanted some reviews/feedback on all-inclusive-type places (preferably Bahamas) that are baby-friendly. Any "Beaches Resort" reviews?
I have never been to an all-inclusive, esp. one w/ kids... it was always our goal to stay as FAR AWAY from children as possible-LOL!!!!
We'd like to keep plane travel to a minimum, so that's why we thought Bahamas, & we're already going to FL in Feb., so scratch that.
I'd appreciate any help.
Also, with all the hurricanes, when is a good time to go? We'd like to travel in the Fall (preferable Oct). Is this a bad time?

I think October is the end of hurricane season. Other than that I'm not much help.
We're going to Mexico next year (we're doing Disney this year) and we're going to and Ibeostar in Cancun that is kid friendly. I will have to find out the name of it but that might be too long of a plane ride for you.
Have you looked into the Dominican Republic at all?
