I was buying clothes in Old Navy a few weeks ago and the cashier explained a lot of stores are going away from returns without a receipt for store credit. No receipt=no return. She said it was to cut down on theft.

Good! Imagine trying to return things after your shower without one? No one ever gives the receipt.

well their employees better tell people when they are buying stuff there, this policy..because when you buy something off the registry online..they dont take it off from the store registry..so they better get their act together..my friend got 4 monitors and 2 swings for her shower..how annoying!!

I had my shower on Sat and I got a few items that I got 2 or 3 of each. Also, someone brought me the diaper genie (that was not on my registry) so I am going to have to return that without a receipt.
