Jake surprised me last night
there maybe hope after all
his freind - who he just went back to work for- owns a few houses in an area we like- and while he has a lot of assets- he isn't very liquid right now - with opening the new office and everything
he wants to unload a few houses- and Jake said he is considering buying us one
I was shocked- he still wants alot of money for the one we would want- but I just did a search on MLS - and it's probably below market value
