What would you do---I think I already know but I want to see what everyone else would say
OK so my daughter got Coxsakie from the GTG the other day. She has not had a fever for 2 days but she does have a stuffy/ runny nose and a little cough.
I have developed Bronchitis from it. Today is my 2nd day on the antibiotics. Which by the way are KILLING my stomach but it's a strong one I know that and it's only a 5 days cycle.
Anyways tomorrow we are supposed to go to my Great Aunt's surprise 80th birthday party.
Would you go????

JMO, but I would skip it because if your great aunt got Bronchitis or worse, she could get very ill. Maybe arrange to go over there next weekend with your DD and bake her a cake, or bring lunch?

I would be too paranoid BUT since you have been on antibiotics and DD hasn't had a fever in more than 24 hr. technically you could go. I'd call the Dr. for reassurance. Maybe you could just go for a short while.

Me personally would not go because I would not want someone sick to spread whatever they had... I have had this done to me and it was not fun

I would go since you are on antibiotics for 2 days already and the fever broke over 24 hours ago. I would call the Dr though to make sure.

I would definitely go! An 80th bday surprise is quite a milestone. I would want to see my great aunt's face when she arrived. Stay for a little while and go home and rest.
