It's sooo gross, we have termites!
We found termites IN the house last night, it was disgusting. We kept scratching ourselves all night.
Terminix is coming soon, does anyone know how much this is going to cost us?

Us too,
and the neighbors,
AND my Grandparents, about 30 minutes from here.
There is no spray that gets rid of them completely. After they swarm (meaning come into the house- which they have, if you're seeing them), they'll be gone in a day or so.
All you can do is keep the temperature of the house cool (they like the heat, that's why they're coming out now), and just vacuum them up alive.
Trust me - don't waste the Terminix money just yet! Give it a day.

I am contacting our lawyer tomorrow b/c besides the termites, we had to have a plumber come in and fix the heat upstairs and the spicket in the garage is leaking and making the wall wet after they said it was fixed. Our inspection team had people within fix the problems, they s@ck!

We have terminix and haven't seen termites since the day they came to spray and place traps around our house. Sometimes that is the only way to get rid of them is to lay traps around the house. Sparying alone won't help.
It cost us $1400 for the year to place them and then every year after it is just a maintenace fee.

Oh boy, DH said he saw one the other day too in our kitchen,  we had traps put down 6 years ago and they sprayed and it cost over 2k and the company went out of business when DH called to complain! Not sure what DH is doing, but I saw our neighbor last week had the terminex lil van here , Scott let me know how much it cost. thanks

The cost sux now, but think if you weren't getting this fixed how much damage & cost they'd do to your house.
Good luck! My Cousin had the same problem a couple of years ago, but thankfully she hasn't seen them since.
(She also shortly after seeing them had her wood floor in the kitchen replaced and they sprayed under the floors before laying new floor down.)
