Taking the Ferry from NYC to Queens...and then...NEED ADVICE
OK I'm trying to avoid Penn station going home.
I was thinking of taking the ferry from NYC to Queens...then walking 3 blocks to the LIRR station at Long Island City - I can take that train to Jamaica.
Or I could walk to Penn and deal with that mess.
What do you guys think? Is anyone taking the ferry?

I don't know Kathy... as much as Penn is going to s*ck, there's going to be such limited service from LIC and then you'll have to deal with the disaster that is Jamaica, plus be on a ferry in this freezing cold, I think I'd just do Penn 
Can you just leave early? I'm leaving at 3. It's going to already be bad but not as bad as 5.

I'm going to leave early too. I'm thinking I should go through Penn - even though it will be a mess. Uggghhh. I dont know what to do. After what I saw at Penn this morning, it's really the LAST place I want to be.

I think you should go home now. Take a couple of days. You shouldn't be trekking all over the city trying to get home. It isn't good for you.

Do you know the route from the ferry to LIC train station well? I would hate to see you, freezing and pregnant, wandering around in this weather?

I know the ferry is at 34th and 1st, cross over FDR Drive and there it is. But I've only taken it once.
I'm probably better off walking to Penn again. OMG I just dont want to walk to Penn.
27 more blocks....
I'm soooo not coming in tomorrow!
