Not if I should post here also but Birth Control Question!!

For you ladies who skip periods and are off the pill is there some kind of vitamin or something we can take?? I haven't gotten mine in 2 months and I just came off the pill 3 months before that so I was wondering if there is something that I can take to bring it on!!

I came off in Jan. and my Dr. told me to take Centrum or One a day...not that it would help with your AF...but just because she felt it was good to take a multi-vitamin.

Usually when you come off the pill after some time some women take a few cycles before they go back to a normal cycle.

It took me around 3 cycles...but I did get it...it was just very wacky for a while.

Happy Belated Anniversary....Sometime when you come off the pill, it takes your body a while to adjust so you don't always ovulate. If you don't ovulate, you can skip a period. The best thing to do would be to check with your dr.

You need to take provera to bring it on. It's not healthy to go without a period for 3 months. Speak to your doctor
