I did a quick Google Search for you. My MIL had gone to some seminar last year about getting grants. I'll try to get more info from her when she calls this weekend. I know she said it's easier for women to get them than men (we're considered a minority) so you might want to do everything in your name and hire DH as a senior level employee.
