Still ok to eat?
I made scallops on Saturday night for dinner... are they ok to have for dinner tonight? I am always skeptical about seafood.

I usually won't eat seafood after one day (unless of course it's crabcake - than I can't resist).
eta. I have no sense of smell, so if I don't follow this rule or expiration dates, I'd be eating bad food a lot.

If it's fully cooked, I don't think it's a problem to eat seafood 2 days later. I wouldn't eat raw/searewd seafood after two days though.

It is fine. It probally would be fine even if it wasnt cooked.
My husband is in the fish business and if no one ate fish after 2 days no one would ever eat fish on a sunday or monday. The market is closed sat and sunday and Mondays stuff is normally left over from the weekend until the new deliveries come in during the day Monday.
