Anyone have a Gyno recommendation??? (South Shore, Sayville, Islip, Oakdale area)
My gyno is in Plainview, and I really don't like the office...so I want to switch to someone closer.....any recommendations would be highly appreciated!!!!!

Whatever you do, do NOT try South Bay in W. Islip!
ETA: I now go to one in Smithtown.

totally agree! I left there after a number of years because you are nothing more than a number to them!
I go right across the street from Good Samatarian Hospital - Dr. Egre and Dr. Klein.

I go to Dr Zucconi and I know others use Dr Sullivan.
I havent had a problem getting an appt. even my first time going....it was sort of an emergency and got an appt that day.
I also agree with others that said done use South Bay OBGYN....I went to them for a while but didnt like the treatment there!

my dr. is a little further then you want but i SWEAR i would not be here if it was not for him. i have followed him through his schooling and now his own practice. one quick note while on vacation he called me just to check on me.

I agree with the other ladies about South Bay Ob/Gyn - definitely not a good experience there
I now go to Comprehensive Ob/Gyn in West Islip, opposite La Grange on Montauk Hwy. I see Dr. Ketcham, but my sister saw all 3 in the practice when she had her DD and liked them all.

I used to see Dr Egre and really liked him until he starting delving into my fertility issues without referring me to an RE. Partially my fault, I should have done the research, but I trusted him.
My BF still goes to him and loves him. He delivered her baby last year.

I go to Dr Steven Goldman there, and I LOVE HIM!!!!
I also really liked O'Sullivan too.
I usually don't have to wait long for an appointment and I always make them for after 5:00.
