my ultimately favorites ones are these Steve Madden boots.
I'm really liking these puma slip ons and I wish I could afford these Michael Kors boots.

Keep in mind, I am 38 weeks preggo!
My flip flop replacements look like this:
The ones I have been wearing are slightly different in that the strap goes between my toes and criss cross instead of going across the foot.

cute!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could get away with wearing these. I like to wear some sort of heel to add height...
