Photobucket helps to make in that format and u copy and paste into LIF.
Thats how I did mine

and do it from there

So- I guess this is the same way you insert pics to a post and can write stuff over them-- gee-- only been in LIW/LIF for almost 2 years now and i just figured this shite out now.
