Can you make him stop telling me
All of the home invasions have me so paranoid that I cant sleep
DH keeps saying they come in through an unlocked window in the backyard
so all night I am putting wood on top of the windows so it cant be opened from the outside and I am hearing all of these noises

They won't come in if your doors are locked. Just make sure they are closed and locked. I know, it's scary

I heard that in the morning on my way to work. They have three breaks in and two I think in Levitown. They said it might be Gang Related. They probably will need to step up Police presence.
I'd try not to worry. Keep your doors locked and your windows closed and locked especially at night. I'm certain now that since this has been happening so much these past few months, they will probably need to do something about and catch a few of those criminals.

They donmt really hurt anyone they just rob the house but it is very scary....DH said they wake you up with a gun in your face

There were 2 yesterday in Plainview. One last week in Levittown and not to mention the ones in Bellmore and Massapequa. Im sick over it. Thank god for the alarm. Last night I couldnt sleep. I was so nervous.

I keep going in my girls bedroom and making sure everyone is ok.....DH said the last people had an alarm sign in the window and a Dog and they stll went in

It is very scary. Where in Bellmore and Massapequa did this take place? I only know of the ones that took place in Levitown, Uniondale and Planview. Unreal. I really wish that they would catch these people.

It was several months ago. It started in massapequa and the next one was Bellmore... Then it picked up again recently!

I know how you feel. It is so scary. But DH thinks I am a little nuts cause I checked everything last night at least 5 times. I kept waking up and when I heard the rain hitting the windows I woke him up. It is so sad that you can't even feel safe in your own home. I am terrified of being alone in the house! When did the other break ins happen? The last one I heard was Plainview. Have they all gone through just open windows?
