OK!! The Damn FM Notify DOESNT WORK HERE EITHER!!!!!!!!
I just checked my fm and there were 3!! No Notification dropped or anything!!!

I had a problem. I saw the notifier start to drop down and then it would disappear. It seems to be fixed on my computer anyway.

you are clicking pages to fast. when you click to a page the notification disappears. thus, if it'a about to show and you click to a page, it will not show.

Because the notification was slated to notify you, you went and read the FMs and then the notification appeared. Just a matter of timing. Aren't there more important things to be concerned with?
