yes my mom is a total shopaholic and would rater buy something new then pay a bill.

meaning he'd spend it on lottery tickets and cookies before buying milk or juice!

Yes both. And unfortunately the above isn't an option. Luckily my sister is completely being a self less daughter and going above and beyond.

And there is always excuses and they get mad if you question them. I can't deal with it anymore. I am the child why do I feel like I act like the parent.
