Another Update...(Updated, I accepted job offer #2!!!)
Company #1 - Owned by a man who has grown kids and is nice but very demanding. Expects a lot and the "culture" of the office is one of work hard , play hard. Although some people who work there have kids, most do not and work long hours. He told me that I can work only 3 days a week but would be "expected" to work early or late to cover closings and other meetings when applicable. This is the one that took two weeks to make me an offer.
Company #2 - Woman owned ran her company when she had young kids and her kids are now grown. She is pleasant as well and on the interview we had a wonderful conversation. She is will to work a flex schedule where I can work 3 days or 2 or 4 depending on how Grace is that week. I just have to put in 25 hours total a week. If I have a closing scheduled and cannot find childcare, she said they would find someone to cover my closings. Also, the $$ is slightly more (like $50 per week more).
I am leaning towards company #2, but company #1 seems more professional and busier. That is a pro and a con at the same time, ya know? My head is spinning. Both companies have pros and cons, however I have to consider what would be the best thing for my family because I am the one who needs a flexible job because of Gracie. Advice? TIA

Company #2 seems like it would cause you a lot less stress and a lot more flexibility overall.

I know. However, company #1 is bigger, fancier and a little more slick. Company #2 is smaller, not as slick but I really felt like I knew her for years when we talked.
I am leaning towards #2, I just don't want to make a rash decision. Thanks for the advice.

I don't see any upside for #1 for this time in your life. He expects LONG hours and if you had to leave early to pick the baby up I don't see that going over well. Looks to me like #1 is more stress.
#2 is flexiable, more money and is willing to work within your schedule

I agree #2- a slicker company won't necessarily make you happier right now as a new mom.
work for #1 for a few years and when Gracie is older you can always move to #2!

After thinking it over and talking to DH, I decided to accept the offer from Company #2 (the woman's company) and I start on August 29th!
Thanks to everyone who voted and offered advice. I guess it really was a no brainier, but I did not want to make a rushed decision. I am excited, but a little sad that Gracie will be in day care three days a week. However, I know I am doing what is best for my family. I feel blessed I was able to be home with her (pretty much full time) for 3 months and 3 weeks.
I just called the day care to let them know she will start on the 29th as well. Wish us luck!
