How far of a ride is it from vegas to Hollywood, California? I may attempt it if its a decent ride.

I am driving from LA to Vegas in April - DH said its approx. 6 hours.

We went to Vegas with another couple a few years ago and they went to LA one day. They said it took 4.5 hours to get there. Make sure what ever rental you have can handle going up hills and stuff. They had a Grand Am (I think) and they said it slowed them down at times.

I've done it a few times. Everyone is right - 4 hours. Very easy trip.

We drove from LA to Las Vegas last year. It wasn't too bad of a drive. We broke up the trip so it took us a little while. We stoped at a mining ghost town (it was like a museum), Prima Valley Casinos, they have like a cute indoor rollercoster and then there was also a mall.
