Back from my Level II (Updated with Pics)
After an external and internal, 2 doctors and 2 hours later both babies finally cooperated and we were able to get some great 3D pix! I will try and post later. Everything looks good except there were small cysts on both brains - but since all the other genetic tests came back negative, the doctor said there was less than 1% chance of something being wrong. Phew! Did that happen to anyone here and everything turned out ok? We have to go back in 4 weeks to check that they've disappeared.
As for their sexes, the technician asked if they share a placenta - that would mean they're not b/g right? And I could have seen the area 100 times but had no idea what I was looking at so no guesses here! 
ETA Pictures- Funny we think Baby A has the personality of me (constantly moving around and doesn't sit still) and looks like me, and Baby B is just like DH more mellow and looks like him!  Image Attachment(s):

If my memory serves me, a few girls on here had the same problem- but they dissolved by the next appointment. I am sure it's nothing.
Sounds like everything is coming along nicely!

Congrats! I definately don't know how you didn't find out the sex! I have to say it was anti-climatic having someone on the phone tell me the news.

So glad everything went well. My sister had that
with my nephew. I would not worry, they dissolved by her next sonogram.
