If I'm concerned about milk supply
Will I get the benefit of eating oatmeal if I eat instant or does it have to be the real kind that you cook on the stove? I've also heard beer helps. Anything else besides water that I can do to help boost my supply. The baby wants more than I'm producing now.

I had two packets of instant oatmeal everyday and it seemed to do the trick for me. And, of course, increase your water intake by A LOT.

Would you like some of mine?! I'm having the OPPOSITE problem, I have so much milk that I don't know what to do with it! I wish I could channel some of my milk production over to you I have heard oatmeal does wonders, though.

I've been freezing it! I have 80 oz in my freezer already and my milk came in only a week ago! I ran out of freezer containers before and I have a huge supply in my fridge already!

I've been freezing it! I have 80 oz in my freezer already and my milk came in only a week ago! I ran out of freezer containers before and I have a huge supply in my fridge already!
I just went out tonight to buy a new freezer for the garage. My milk has taken over the freezer in the kitchen!!

I don't know about oatmeal, but I do know fennel tea worked for me. Good luck!
