What are your favorite weight-training/strength training videos?
I want to start doing this at home with hand weights. I love the Firm - but in my basement level apartment with the low ceilings - I can't do it anymore - low ceilings!
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

I have Power 90 at home (collecting dust) and I like them (I never have the motivation but when I have done them, they're pretty good).

THanks Wendy - I took a look at the website - can you tell me what kind of cardio it is?
Any other suggestions?

I LOVE Cathe Friedrich. She's pretty hard though (but I think she has some easier workouts).

I'll take a look at the tapes because I can't remember!! The last time I did them was either the spring or summer! But they are simple enough but you definitely feel it the next day.
I *think* the cardio tape has a little kick boxing, some running/jumping in place - that kinda stuff.
And the tone/sculpt is some arms with dumbells and squats & lunges, maybe push-ups?
I'll let you know!

THank you!! My concern is my very low ceiling - if I would even be able to do the different activities without smashing the ceiling!

Well, I do it in my basement and the ceilings are pretty low (if I stretch my arms all the way while I'm on the treadmill I can practically touch the ceiling beams!!)
