Baby Movement Beginning 3rd trimester?
I am just starting my 3rd trimester. Does the baby movements start to head towards a pattern?
My Baby girl seems to be getting a little more relaxed during the day, but boy oh boy, when she moves at night it hurts sometimes.
Is that normal? Anyone else that happen too?

I think I have the LAZIEST baby ever. It moves a few times and then nothing..It is SO disappointing.

My baby boy has been very active at night time and yes sometimes it is a little painful because he kicks so low.
He does have a pattern if I eat relatively the same things during the day. But, if I have a piece of chocolate, then he moves around so much more.

I am with you - my baby is quiet during the day but once I get home - after dinner - wheweee - and especially right before I go to bed - she loves to keep mommy awake!!! OY!

She starts with little kicks when I get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and she does the same thing when I start tossing and turning after my alarm goes off and I hit snooze. But, if I stay still she will go back to sleep too.
She is still when Im active...usually, although even that is changing this week.
When I'm hungry, she is more active. While I sit at my desk all day, she kicks. After dinner she really kicks and then at night when I go to bed she is pretty quiet.

Aw! Im sure the baby's moving plenty - you probably have an anterior placenta, where it lies in the front. I had that with my daughter and didnt feel nearly as much as I did with my son or this pregnancy. Ask your OB next time you go if thats the case.

well they are crowded in there so there is not as much room to move therefore you won't feel the hard kicks you did in your 6th or 7th month

is that bad? I mean i do feel the baby i just could not tell you there is a pattern..i mean i feel it when i am laying in bed but not enough to keep me up.

I have found no particular movement patterns... She does seem to move straight after I eat or drink something but other than that no patterns, just pretty active
