Did anyone go shopping today for christmas decorations
Hubby and I hit wal-mart where things were 50% off and I got soooooo much stuff. I got about 10 boxes of lights (both mini and regular size. Both color and white), window clings, a tree topper, a nativity scene, stockings of different sizes and colors, decorations, icicles, wrapping paper for .44, gift boxes, gift bags, things for outside and I cant even remember what else. I think we spent about $150 and walked out with about 5 bags of christmas stuff.
Then we went to Jo-Ann's craft store and things were 75% off. I got a box of 48 glass ornaments, place mats, 2 glass welcome door hangers (one for us and one for MIL), and a holiday cookie jar.
As hubby ventured into circut city I went to Michaels and got a few items that were 50%.
Wal-mart was definatly a pot of gold!!!
I love shopping for christmas decorations after christmas.

I have to go back out and shop again  Actually I have to exchange something. We bought hubby's grandfather a pajama set and we got the wrong size. So it's back to the store to exchange and get more boxes to ship things

We bought wrapping paper, lights for outside, and ornaments, lights, tinsel for our tree. I also got boxes for presents and tins for cookies.

I bought a Christmas tree complete with lights, ornaments, etc.!!!! 75% off at Harrrows!!  some wrapping paper, and a new tree skirt.

I was there today & almost got a tree like that but I'm a real tree lover & told DH it HAD to look real if we got one then he gave in and said we'd get a real one.....
I did get some wrapping paper, gift bags, lights & ornaments.
