If she's fleeing the paparazzi, why wouldn't she make sure that her son was secure in his own seat? If she's had an accident, he'd have gone through the windshield.

It was posted before- but I didn't see the article.
If she felt she was in such extreme danger, and had to jet off right then and there, why didn't seh give the baby to the person in the passenger side to secure him in the car seat? They could have gotten in the back and she could have given him/her the baby before she left.
