I haven't been able to walk in 3 days
Ever since I fell at Kmart on Sunday my back has been so out of sorts. I haven't been able to walk and I am getting so nervous that I will have to go out on dis. already
the dr. said just use hot compress' and take tylenol. Both do nothing!!!! I have rods in my back to boot and only severe meds help take any pain away.
I just need to vent my frustration. And DH is getting mad at me like it is all my fault

I actually go to one who specializes in dealing with pregnant women. it's a complete lifesaver for me since i have horrible, horrible back pain.

Yes I was going 3x a week religiously up until the last few weeks when I havent gone. My chiro is really great - I like him a lot and he adjusts a lot of PG women...including his wife during all 3 of her pregnancies. He's in East Northport, I dont know if that's too far for you but if you want his info let me know.

I went to one too while pregnant. Be sure they specialize in maternity. The one I went to in Suffolk who adjusted me --and I believe that was the reason I went into pre-term labor.
I do have a friend who is a maternity & pediatric chiropractor

I went to a chiropractor as well throughtout my pregnancy. It helped A TON. I also had monthly massages.
My left fermal (sp?) nerve compressed when I was 10 weeks prego..the pain was horrible. It would just hit whenever it felt like it and holy cow did it hurt. Nothing would help that other than staying off of it and sitting down right away when it happened.
Call your doctor and get some info. This is just not a way to live.
