Kind of personal question about the area down below
Ok so some people stress themselves out about an epidural or the IV or just plain laabor itself but what stresses me out is how my u know what is going to look when I give birth. So I was jsut wondering if you went for a wax just before of could really care less. It's bad enough at 31 weeks i can't see down there.

I'm wondering about this too.... I'm hoping DH will do some quick grooming for me before we head out to hospital. Couldn't imagine the pain of a wax at this point and I get so irritated from shaving. Was just gonna use an electric razor. Should be good enough...i hope.

I shaved the day I gave birth. When my water broke, I jumped into the shower and took care of everything so I would be clean for delivery. When I went for my c-section, I was so drugged up I couldn't care less if the hair was a mile long.
If you're having contractions, pushing that baby out or laying on the operating table for your c-section, being shaved is the LAST thing on your mind.

Well I went into a really big nesting period where all I did all day was clean when I was done I took a shower and while in the shower I started contractions so I figured I rather be safe then sorry I shaved even thoguh I couldn't see anything I pretty much know where everything is LOL LOL LOL so I did the best that I could do. Honestly when your in labor and pushing you don't really care what it looks like

I have ingrown hair issues down there...so, I'm going to be one of the ones who really don't care. My doctor told me to STOP shaving down there and to just cut the hair with scissors...this is going to be hard, because I can hardly reach over there now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been sneaky and using DH little trimmer which is SO much better than a regular razor. It cuts close, it's fast, and I already told DH that he will have "to take one for the team" when I get to big!!

I started to have contractions that morning so I tried to make things look as best I could considering I hadn't been able to see in 5 months!
