Kinda weird ? Seltzer verus Water
Okay, I stopped drinking diet soda and that was a big accomplishment for me.
I have switched to Seltzer because I love the carbonation. my question is, "Is drinking seltzer the same as drinking water?"
The ingredients listed on the bottle are:
carbonated water and natural flavor
I drink Americas Choice Lemon Lime Seltzer.

I do the same thing. As far as I know, it is the same, as long as there is no added sodium or anything.

No added Sodium.
Everything in the nutrition facts is 0.

I would think this is the same! I was just wondering the same thing about crystal light because the commercial said get your glasses in but add flavor...so is drinking crystal light (the kind u mix with water) dose that count as your daily water??

I think seltzer is the same its just water w/ added carbonation.
Crystal Light I would think has artifical coloring/flavors added to it, so I dont think it would be the same as drinking water.

I also think that seltzer should be the same as water (if everything is 0 in the nutrition info.).
According to weight watchers, crystal light can be used for half your daily water.

yup, seltzer is the same as water, tey just add air to it to give it the carbonation
