michi...this is a WDW post
If I can only go to WDW for 2 or so hours and all I really want to see is the Main Street parade and one other thing. What other thing should I see???

I just came back from Disney.....what type of thing are you looking to do? Are you looking attraction wise, like as in a ride? Strictly Magic Kingdom? I'll give my input.....let me know what you are looking for...I was just there

priates of the caribbean ride is one of my favorite and I love epcot with all the different countries that is cool

i don't care for the rides too much. i want to see the parades, lol.

The show that they put on at the castle...I believe it was called Cinderellabration was beautiful....I would recommend that.....I also love Epcot and walking around to all of the different countries....but that's leaving Magic Kingdom. In Magic Kingdom the firework show was also really nice....different from past years because it's the 50th Anniversary. I saw some of the parade...what I did see was beautiful. If you were to go on a ride I would say Pirates of the Carribean...they changed it a bit and there is a suprise inside.....thought this was great. If you need any more ideas, feel free...like I said, I was just there  Good luck making your decision

If I were you and I had 2 hours, Id defintiely stay in the MK and not waste tiem travelling and $$ on another park ticket (if that's an issue).
I agree Cinderellabration is awesome (or so I've heard. I loved its predeccesor, Cinderella's surprise celebration) but you have to check the Times Guide. They usually don't piggyback it with the parade, so i don't kw if you can see both in 2 hours. I know they alwyas ahd oen around sunset, so maybe you can time it to see the parade (usually around 3) and then Cinderellabration on your way out.
I think, especially since you're not into rides, you should check out Mickey's Philharmagic. it's close to Main Street, and the wait time is always shorter than it looks (every 12 minutes 500 people go in at once). It's a top=notch 4-D show. I love it. If I had 2 hours at WDW I'd definitely see Philharmagic. I'd probably also do Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean, to see all of the changes and the movie add-ins... (can I take home the animatronic johnny depp?  )
