How much have you lost?
Being on diets or working on losing weight, how much weight have you lost (now or in the past)? What have you found to be the most effective way/tool for weight loss?
The most I ever lost was about 10 pounds on WW, but when my 10 weeks ended I gained it back.

When I was in college and ephedra was on the market, I lost 24 pounds in 3 months. It was great.

I lost 20 lbs last year bc I went on a strict "diabetic" diet (both parents are) & that cut my processed sugars & limited carbs!
I am going back to that now. I have gained back 10 & I am not happy. Want to feel the way I did.

When I was in College I lost 51 lbs on WW. Of course I gained back some of the weight after college. Right now I am back on WW and have lost 13.5 lbs. I would like to lose at least another 20 though.

Ah, ephedra. ::whistful sigh:: I lost a lot of weight on that too - 30 lbs! It was AWESOME!!

I have lost 27 pounds in the past and when I stick to it, WW is the only way of eating that truly works for me to lose and keep it off.

I lost 30 pounds for my wedding.
Then I gained 40 after the wedding
I've recently lost 15 of those pounds again and working on the rest.
