DH and I were afraid in the beginning of our marriage that this would happen to us. And since we started trying right away - we started telling people that we were not trying for a while.
It worked for us, cause we used to tell them, not until I found a job and I was there for a little while and that we wanted a house before we had kids.
Well, they were all surprised, cause I didn't have a job and no house and we got pregnant.

The women at my nail salon have been asking me since the day i got back from my honeymoon. I know they are trying to be nice but it does get annoying after awhile.

yeah, that IS annoying. now that i've been through the process, i will NEVER ask anyone else when they plan to have a baby again!!!!!!!

Well, I guess I'm grateful that I look so young....the ladies at the nail salon always have a hard time believing I'm married - so they would never bother to ask me about babies!
I can easily imagine how frustrating that would be!

well not sure if young looking plays into this..
Most people think i am much younger than i actuall am
These woman kinda know me. They know my mom
My mom goes their every other week to get her nails done...
they did my nails on my wedding day..so not hard for them to believe that...
So i guess they are waiting for the next announcement...
i was just kinda shocked to actually hear them say that...
i am used to certain people saying it..just got me off guard

DH and I get our manis and pedis together. The nail ladies don't know our names - we are thinking about aliases.
It is the people at work who give me a hard time. I am constantly reminded that by virute of my age, that I could have fertility problems. It feels like a sucker punch each time it is said. I dont need reminders.
So sorry you have to deal with this!
