Feeling Guilty.

Firstly, I am jewish, so feeling guilty comes very naturally to me. But I was made to feel so guilty today by an old friend...so there I was in the Church hall at St Clements at baby group today, chatting to my old friend and I was telling her first that I started Noah on solids at 5 months..oh, thats too early she said. Then I was telling her that I was feeding him organic jarred food in the evening and she said...ooh you have to be careful with those, then I was saying that Noah likes to sit on the sofa...oooh, make sure he doesn't roll off....

Anywho, I said to her YOU ARE MAKING ME FEEL SO GUILTY and she said oh no, just telling you (she has a 15 month old so she is like a BTDT mom...) anyway...she made me feel awful...and no one makes racheeeee feel awful! So I left and went upstairs to the baby room. Anyway, no sooner had I been telling the other yummy mummies about this...but this old friend appeared to APOLOGIZE for making me feel bad.

So anyway, I hate when people make me feel bad....

I can't stand it when people do that. At least she apologized!

My husband used to come home when Patrick was small & tell me the advice that some woman had given him. My answer was always the same "That's fine for them. This is how I am raising our child." Then when another comment would come I 'd say. Last I checked he is breathing & healthy apparently I am doing this right!

Never let anyone make you feel bad.
