Punta Gorda still has piles of rubble. Some people are still waiting for repairs on their homes 
No more hurricanes!!
and if we do get hurricanes lets just not have 4 in a month

i know it stinks and i just had a really bad tornado hit by my house last night and some more bad rain and stuff is coming this way tonight also. houses were destroyed last night by me. my lights flickered on and off. it was really bad. they predicted 12 named storms and five to nine will be major storms according to the news i heard.

They said there is another very bad one coming with the same intensity of Gloria the one that hit NY a few years ago

Where do you live?
Gloria was a pretty bad storm. Im not sure if it was as bad as the storms that hit florida though.

My FIL's (live near Melbourne) still don't have their roof fixed yet from last year! 
They've had a bunch of slouches say they're on their way - and then never show up! We were going to to there and repair it for them (we did everything else, including to bathrooms, kitchen and 3 bedrooms when we were there for Christmas) - but FI is in the NY State Trooper Academy until August - - - and they're lloking to do a tin roof, which we have no experience with. They hope they've finally found a reputable roofer (is there such a thing in FL?) who is supposed to come by this weekend.
No hurricanes!
