Help! Need some help getting a first Bday gift!

Hi Guys-

Sorry to intrude here, but I am going to a first bday party today for DH's friends kid and I have NO idea what type of present to get.
It is for a boy. If you have any ideas I would really appreciate it!
I am clueless in this dept!

any and all little people items are GREAT first birthday present. He'll start using them soon, and continue for a couple of years. They are fairly inexpensive, so you get a lot for your money, and some of them come with very cute, perfect videos. Otherwise, any of the Leap Frog toys are great.
