ok i am SUCh a baby scared about appointment tonight.
I am terrified of Dr.'s so much so i get all worked up. I never been to this Dr. before. What should I excpect I had all my blood work done already. I Am not going to have a breast exam am I? I just want my sono.

you won't have a breast exam. Is this your first appointment? You're doctor may do an internal exam.

yes my 1st w/ her. i know she will do a pap smear  which I hate but i am not sure what else to expect

I didn't get a breast exam - but you will get an internal and depending on your last pap - you maybe also get a pap smear.
For me, both were relatively painless, alittle uncomfortable - but i didn't bleed afterwards and it was over quick.
You have to be brave and get used to it - sooner than later - your pregnant.

They will most likely do an internal, a pap if you haven't had one in awhile and then the sono.
Like ann said, you have many dr's appt's ahead of you and alot of poking and proding, think about that little baby and be strong

ok not to be TMI, but have no choice
The dr will stick two fingers or so inside you then take his other hand from your abdomen and feel the size of your uterus.
It sounds worse than it is, but it's the same thing they do when you go for your yearly checkups.

I had my 1st appt with my OBGYN yesterday and she talked with us for a while, took my family history again, took a urine sample, did a breast exam (which hurt like H E L L because they are so sore), did an internal exam, did a pap smear and did an internal sono.
Oh and ordered labs for me to have more blood work done and gave me a script for a high risk sono (because of my family history)

My OB-GYN did do a breast exam, but all drs are different. It was almost identical to a check up at the regular gyno (just a bit more poking and prodding, but nothing unbearable  )
