Restaurant in Port Washington?
I am looking for a restaurant in Port Washington on the water. Any suggestions? It is DH birthday, so something nice, but I don't want to break the bank either!
PS - Neither of us eat seafood..so if the place has chicken/beef all the better!
Thanks

I'd say DiMaggios. It has more of a selection than Louies, but the atmosphere at Louie's is nicer.

Louies is AWESOME (Iused to live in port)! They have a reggae band on Thursday nights on the outdoor deck (they did last summer). Since they redid it a few years ago, the food quality is great! We loved eating outside there. eta: you can get steak or chicken at louies
DiMaggios on the Bay is a gret choice as well, but Louies has a bit of a younger crowd.
There is also La Piccola Liquria (Italian) witch is across the street from the bay (not directly on the water) but the food there is AMAZING!
