I a so po-ed- the school district I work for
is the only one in the surrounding area that is not having a delayed start. I just don't get it- how can you watch every school around you have a 2 hour delay and decide to be the only ones coming in on time?

We never have snow delays in my school district. Ever. It is either no school or go in on time.

I feel your pain...NYC never has delayed openings and seldom closes, even when all the parochial schools in the city close.

Ugh, I remember that! I went to smithtown - hauppauge, 3 village, selden, commack... all of them would have delays. We'd be the only one that didn't 
drive safe bri!

Same thing for my school district. Every school around it had a two hour delay. Commack, half hollow hills, harborfields, and northport but not us!
