Uh-oh: I hope this is a good thing (vitamin related)

I just refilled my prenatals and they must have "improved" them. They now contain a stool softener (sorry if TMI). I hope this is a good thing. I'm nervous.

That sounds wonderful. What kind are they? I stopped taking mine because they upset my stomach. And I was already suffering from constipation. These sound like a dream

They're called PrimaCare Combo pack (reformulated.) 1 pill is for morning and it's a big capsule, 1 pill is for night and it's like a bigger regular vitamin. It hasn't bothered my tummy at all, but nothing has. I've had a very easy pregnancy. I did have some trouble swallowing it, but I was never good with swallowing big pills. I was having an issue with constipation too, so I'm hoping this helps.

I take PreNate Elite, and they also have a stool softener. They also don't bother my stomach, thankfully. It's one pill, once a day.

I was on Citracare and they had a small dose of colace (stool softner) in them too-iron tends to be constipating.

I take PrimaCare One. I had a little bit of trouble in the beginning with constipation, but it subsided thankfully.
