Bella's first day back at daycare!
They were closed last week and she was home with just me Thursday and Friday, so it was VERY, VERY hard to drop her off this morning to her NEW classroom with some different children (and some the same) and different teachers.
She was not happy and looked at me so sad. One of her old teachers is helping make the transition and helped me leave by distracting her. I cried in my car all the way to the train station. I don't know why it was so hard when she's been in daycare for 8 months...
Please tell me it will be easier tomorrow.

I PROMISE YOU FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE - SHE'LL BE FINE!!!!!!!!! I guarantee when you pick her up she'll be all smiles!!!!!!!
Peyton moved up this week too!!!

Aww, I felt like that when my daughter had to go back to the babysitter after four months of being with me.
she cried at first but she loves it and misses her little friends.

Glad I'm not the only over-emotional mommy today! Andrew moved up at his day care also and I was crying. I sent DH on a pop-in visit before and he said Andrew was doing fine.
I hope Bella's having a wonderful day!

It will get better.............It's just like when you first took her to daycare. after a while you felt comfortable with her being there.

I just called and she was eating lunch...
no nap (so some things never change )
I got choked up on the phone though  I miss her little face...it was so much fun being home these past 5 days...
now I gotta bust azz to get out of work early enough so I can see her before she goes to bed tonight!

She'll adapt just fine... I think she needs to give mommy some tips while she's at it  I'm hurting today too, after spending 4 days with my little girl... I miss her

Of course it will get easier for her- maybe not tomorrow but definitely by Wednesday when it clicks "oh yeah, here I am at this place. That baby looks familiar."
I'm not sure if it ever gets easier for the mom. Like them, we have our good days & bad.
