Spinoff - What did you "do" the month you got a BFP?

Did you chart? temp? Use an ovulation prediction test? BD everyday? every other? Etc.

Thanks ladies thought it would be helpful..just looking to maximize the chances.

I used the Ovulation Sticks from babyhopes.com. I think they worked great.

I also tried to drink green tea at least once a day starting around CD8. I also took Robitussin.

Also - not to give TMI but - in the previous months I was on top - this was the first month that we were missionary. I would also put my hips in the air when I was done.

Hope that helps a little.

ETA: We only BD'd on the day we got the surge - then we missed the next day. we did it one more time but I think we missed it with that shot.

As soon as AF ended , we BD everyday. After BD I didn't move for about 10 minutes. I went to babycenter.com and another site that told me what should be the most fertile days but to cover all bases we just did it every day- contrary to what I've read here my understanding is there is no reason not to BD everyday unless there are known sperm issues.

I wasn't sure when to expect AF again because I just came off BCP.

I tested about 30days after my last AF and got the BFP.

I was prepared to be more agressive and planned on ordering ovulation tests and more pregnancy tests but waited until Af came-......

I charted, temped, took clomid and moved (yes- the weekend we conceived was the weekend we moved into a new place)...

Went to Vegas, had lots of drinks and definately wasn't trying- (I just had a M/C the month before).

I used OPK's- the digital kind so its really easy to tell when you are getting your surge. I also cut out coffee and started drinking green tea. After ovulation, I drank ruby red grapefruit juice which is supposed to help with implantation. We BD'd just about every other day- but made sure to BD on ovulation day! (We didnt BD the day I got a positive OPK, but had BD'd like 2 days before, and then BD'd again on ovualation day).

I drank too much and forgot to use protection! No missionary, no preseed, nothing. Just FUN.

I was temping to keep track of my cycle, but stopped temping mid cycle due and Dh and I were not careful at this time...
I started temping again and noticed my temps were staying high, so I took a test yesterday and today. I was not truly charting, and didn't plan on trying until next month. We got very lucky...but I am still waiting for the doctor to confirm it.

We did not do anything different, I guess we just timed it right. We were not trying, but we were away for a weekend and just BD alot - multiple times a day.

temped and charted, did OPK's, drank green tea and grapefruit juice from AF-O, did the "missionary" position most of the time, elevated hips after BDing, for 30 min-2 hours, and it all worked for us

we BD from CD 8 until two nights before i O'd every other night, however, we didnt BD the day before or the day of my O b/c i had a yeast infection (sorry if TMI) but i guess DH spermies were hanging around from the two to three nights before

hmm i used the OPKs i realy just wanted to see when i ovulated. But spontaneous BD'ing every 2 days from day 10 will help as well.

I have been charting for over a year (we used protection). This was our first month actively trying and we were successful. I really got to know my cycle - it took quite awhile after the BC pill to become regular.
