Its about all these people who are fat and get skinny!?
Some have lost 76 77 85 pounds in 2 and a half months they all look amazing!
I told mike I want to try out for next year

Some have lost 76 77 85 pounds in 2 and a half months they all look amazing!
I told mike I want to try out for next year
WOW!  that's sounds inspiring!!! but can that be healthy?? losing so much weight, in such a short amount of time? 
not that i think you qualify, but if that's what you want, I say go for it!!!

This is the first time I've seen a good portion of this show. I was crying too. I think its one of the better "reality shows".

I so would qualify but thank you sweetie!
Mike is like we both should try out. I think that would be cool "couples" But then I said "who would pay the mortgage"
Normaly I would say it cant be healthy BUT they are supervised by a Dr. And the eat ALL healthy and work out for hours everyday.
And its the guys who lose all that weight. The girls have lost like 35 45 pounds

Matt He had me in tears and then the LETTER omg
Mark looks amazing today. And i remember when the show first started his bullet proof vest didnt fit! Now it does!!!! And he has room.  go mark

I really didn't like Mark after they voted Jen off, but these past two weeks made me like him better. He did look great!
I wonder how Andrea feels though, since she didn't want them to keep her since she is not such a big threat and they did anyway.

I love this show too, I felt so bad for Shannon's daughter  I thought it was awesome that Matt picked up Shannon so she and her daughther could spend a few x-tra minutes together.
Mark did look awesome!!! I was saying to DH I can't believe how emotional these guys get. I really love this show!

I watch this show every week, and I always get emotional because I'm proud of each one of them. It definitely IS hard to lose weight, but once you have motivation & determination, there's no stopping ya.. and they're proof of that. Congrats to each one of them!
