Quick Gift Ideas Needed!
My DH did not get anything for his mother and we are seeing her tomorrow morning for breakfast! He's such a schmo! I thought for sure he had taken care of this. What can I get real quick? He suggested picking up flowers/a plant on the way to breakfast tomorrow am but it just seems so thoughtless, esp bc I just brought that over to her a couple of weeks ago! HELP! The only other things I could think of were gift certificates to Michaels (she's into Crafts and there's on right down the block) or a spa (mani/pedi) but we just got that for her bday which was on 5/5. Any thoughts?

what kind of crafts does she like? maybe you can get a basket from Michaels and fill it with a few things that she could use Plus the gift card? this way it looks thoughtful too?

GREAT idea! But wouldn't it be cheesy since I just got her a Michael's Gift Card for her bday on 5/5?

I was just about to say gc for a restaurant...and then decided not to because it's really not just for her...but, if she has a FAVORITE restaurant...then I'm sure she'd love it.
Or, what about jewelry? Can you run to a mall?? I picked up one of those circle of life necklaces for my mom and MIL.

I think the restaurant idea might also be good because she cooks every night. Her hubbie is old school Italian and never cooks. Plus, it'll definitely be open! Now I have to decide which restaurant to get it at ...
