im sorry, but all the employmenmt ads on Craigslist im applying for want a resume WITH PIC.
could they make disrimination any easier?!?!?!
i feel like its so completely wrong

What kind of work is this for? If its related to the bar/club/modeling/cocktail waitress/etc then yeah they usually want this.

Think about it... every job interview you go on hires your partially because of your looks. Every business has an image they want to project and it is their right to hire, or refuse to hire someone based on that image. It may not be fair, but it is the way it is in all industries. That goes from every job from retail, to office to a desk job.
Now you are not going to see doctors or lawyers or Wall Street types asking for resumes with pictures- but I can assure you when you go to an interview, your appearance is definitely considered.
